Prices & availability subject to change.
•$69 assessment & set-up fee/deposit required for all on-location services.
•Assessment & set-up fee is refundable until 24 hours prior to time of appointment.
•Client has option to pay online for deposit and full amount for capture services at time of order.
•3% online payment processing fee is charged on the total. Etransfer, cash & cheque accepted and preferred as forms of payment to avoid added processing fees.
•Appointments are subject to photographer availability and are only requests until confirmed via email response and deposit is received.
•0 tolerance policy. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, anytime, in accordance with the Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedoms.
•Causes for refusal include but are not limited to; hate speech, racism, bullying, physical or verbal violence, spamming, etc.

FAQ: What is the assessment & set-up fee?
Answer: This fee helps cover the cost of the travel to the location and the first 30-60 mins of time to assess the location and come up with an equipment plan.
FAQ: How accurate are the floor plan measurements in your 3D Virtual Tour & Detailed Floor Plan Packages?
Answer: iGuide fully backs the accuracy of the measurements provided by the Planitar Planix System & their iGuide drafters.
FAQ: Do I have to pay and book online to acquire AIRWOLFE MEDIA Capture Services?
